HQ is removed and absent and lets the regional management run amok without any safe guards. HR processes are absent and employees are not trained, motivated or rewarded. There is little career development and training is woefully absent. Summary dismissals sometime accompanied by veiled threats are not uncommon. Company values seem to have been corrupted to the point that taking advantage of the customer is accepted and profitability justifies everything and anything. Competition is dissed and rightful pride for creating the e-line intervention domain has been replaced by arrogance.
