When you’re below the threshold they send you one training video and then make you take a test if you fail you are let go. You are allowed two tries but one video with barely any help, one example, and no further assistance is not helpful at all. unclear ways of trying to get help with anything regarding work, no proper training, and no clear ladder of who is a higher up for any department since there are too many for just one position in especially supervisors and other management that are supposed to be helpful in your career growth which they do not truly consider.
