The job itself is completely meaningless, and I’ve worked for far busier employers for less pay but never felt so worthless. Seeking advice is risky; asking questions is used against you unless done privately through DMs, where some teammates are happy to help. However, direct inquiries to management result in belittlement. When work dries up, redundancies are handled coldly and secretly, leaving employees discarded without consideration.
