I love the freedom to make my own schedule. There is no set time or days to work, although you are given a minimum (10/week) and maximum (tyically 29/week) number of hours. There are times when there is a backlog of tasks where you are allowed to work up to 40 hours. The downside is you may run out of tasks and may not be able to reach 40 hours.
