Unlike some prior reviews, my management team has been very receptive to all ideas and I have seen changes made when needed. The new management team is fantastic, I believe all bad prior reviews were from before executive changes. PTO policy is great, benefits are pretty good, overall I have loved working here the past few years and have had great managers. I have also been offered great advancement opportunities for my limited time here.

Manager is flexible and open to considering all ideas I present. Manager is a strong resource, very knowledgeable, and supports me to others in the organization. Manager gives me the freedom to do my job without micromanaging, strong level of trust. Fellow co-workers are friendly and genuinely care about helping each other out. Fellow co-workers care about me personally and have formed friendships.

At times it can be challenging working with co-workers spread all throughout the country, but technology does assist. Some shift in focus from time to time, could be due to the ever-changing technology and software industries.

-People bond when they share traumatic experiences. Therefore you will make great friends here. - benefits and time off are not bad -soda only $.25

Executive team goes out drinking with customers and makes promises. They set unreasonable expectations that you have to deliver on. You are expected to work all day and night with no bonus incentive except maybe an extra half PTO day after the release, then they tell you you did a crappy job and won't be getting a raise this year. Of course the quality sucks, you had no time and no life outside of work and got burned out. You tell them that. They say the next release will be better. Repeat the same thing next year. Lose more customers.
