Sometimes there is a heavy workload, but everyone is very supportive, which helps us manage things smoothly while continuously learning new skills and technologies.

The work environment is professional but also comfortable, making it easier for juniors to learn and grow without feeling pressured all the time.

Since teams are relatively small, handling multiple responsibilities at once is quite common. There could be more structured training sessions for junior developers.
