      The person to whom I reported wasn't knowledgeable regarding construction and development, which is fine, but she also would not admit her weakness and made many poor choices and caused many problems by not relying on those she hired to to support her in this area of business.

      Wereldhave was, bar none, the most remarkably astonishing company for which I've had the pleasure of working! When they sold all of their USA properties in a portfolio in 03/2013, I would have followed them to the Netherlands, if there had been an opening! I would still follow them overseas, in any capacity, to work for Wereldhave again! And, every employee with whom I worked, felt the same way. It was a distinguished honor to work for them. Anyone who started working there, happily stayed with the company the entire time our property and Regional Management sites were open. Nobody left. 100% job satisfaction with this company.

      There were absolutely no cons whatsoever. Best company for which I've worked... ever! This is a European company from The Netherlands, which has an outstanding, effective employee satisfaction rating. I wish more American corporations would take their cue from Wereldhave!
