Nice place to work - Recensione dipendente - Fullstack Developer presso Werkspot

A real focus on personal development and work-life balance. Management listens to employees much more than at other places. Employees have real input on work conditions, team dynamics, etc. Despite leadership (still) being very Dutch white male, they are very empathic, open to feedback and genuinely admit and learn from mistakes.

Not a massively inspiring product, work is so OKR focussed that creating a beautiful product that users love falls by the wayside. Product vision lacking.

I really enjoy working here, because we are able to work on stuff that will help me grow as a developer. The agile coaches are awesome people to make the company have a safe environment.

The company changed a lot and I feel that sometimes a little bit of the freedom was taken away.
