Good people for the most part. The company driver's keep you looking forward to coming to work daily. Paid every two weeks with benefits. Potential to make a new associate if you're looking for friends.

Management really has there pick of the litter. African-American employees are easiest disposable especially dedicated men. Managers keep stifling employees gainfully employed and find every reason to rid of hard dedicated workers (Folks willing to die for Werner). Terminal management brushes off female employees concerns unless the ladies are attractive. It's not a safe place to work mentally or emotionally and the pay does not compensate for the micromanagement or inner office bullying. Managers will play mocking mind games with you as passive aggressive behavior, guilt tripping & brain washing tactics. Example: you can be praised for doing great work. If your good work exposes one of the favorite picks, or prevents an error being made by a slight mishap on the picks part, you will be told you can always do things better or go harder to resolve as to not make the favorite Pick look bad. Management favorites dictate who trains who and how extensive the training will be for new on boarding staff, not the manager in charge. No opportunity for promotion as an office staff, just "bilateral moves". Meaning, no pay increase or job title change. Just more added duties! Integrity is not a core value often centered and it starts with the management who are all afraid of corporate. Then again corporate most often times has no idea what the terminal management is up too. Damn near anything goes, Go figure!
