The culture is incredible. There is a great team mentality that exists at WesTech. As an employee-owned company, everyone gets to share in WesTech's profits and overall success. It fosters a positive culture of accountability where everyone is eager to help one another succeed. Compensation is competitive.

The healthcare insurance plans aren't quite as stunning as I'd like them to be. But they do have HSA plans available in which WesTech matches half of the employee's contribution, up to a certain amount. So that's helped offset some of the other areas in which the healthcare coverage might be lacking.
