- Not to many advancement options - Years worked/ loyalty doesn't mean anything - high turn over and staffing shortages - not a great camp - AC isn't always reliable in the summer. Usually fixed by fall

Poor management.. pay could be better they say they treat employees fairly that’s a lie high turnover rate with an old industry lacking in new skills to the future!
