The residents and staff at each of the local community locations are great - generally committed to the mission of the organization. They work well despite the meddling of the corporate office leadership at the local level.

Svantaggi

Arrogant leadership at the corporate level presume to know how things should be done across the state. Often chasing the latest fad and trying to sell the organization on progressive leadership and strategic knowledge. The morale is poor and declining.

Providing our team members the best possible culture is key in living out our mission. Making sure we have the right people who share the vision is key, too. Pricey healthcare plans when it come to covering your spouse or child. High turnover. Low morale. Micromanaged and over-worked. Expected to work outside of business hours. Promised a wage increase in offer letter and leadership didn't follow through even considering a good performance. Just lover promised and underdelivered. Company cuts corners with product quality. Constantly updated and changed software creating a lot of wasted time and time just spent learning software instead of doing the thing that mattered...
