Mission - never doubt the power of the mission of WesleyLife. The story is steadfast and true. There are many dedicated employees who keep their heads down and work tirelessly to support their teams and residents.

The CEO needs to go. He has driven good people away, disparages them the minute they leave and replaces them with “yes men”. Anyone who speaks up or asks questions are quickly exited. When will the board recognize the turnover stems from his poor leadership. How many have left the corporate headquarters this year? Too many!

We respectfully disagree with your assessment of our senior leaders and are quite proud of the work each of them contributes to the success of our organization, especially the CEO. The passion, integrity and commitment each has to our WesleyLife mission is extremely strong and they are here because of the purpose of the organization as well as their individual connection to it. They are each strong, faith-based leaders who love the organization and appreciate the impact they can have within it. To say anything other than that would simply be untrue and unfair. Our CEO and his direct reports are not about title or individual recognition, but rather are all about advancing the mission and ministry of our organization. There is a diverse background of talent and experience on the team as well as great pride in our ability to engage in healthy debate to reach the right decisions for the organization. Even as a faith-rooted organization, we must make difficult people decisions to ensure we have the right people in the right seats to do the work we want to do on behalf of the people we serve. That's what great organizations do and those decisions are not taken lightly. Each time we hire a new leader, we are looking to enhance the skills and the talent of our team. We cannot continue to advance our mission without continually improving so that we make our organization a great one. We do agree with you on the power of our mission and the dedicated team members we are blessed to have the opportunity to serve alongside. WesleyLife has stayed steadfast and has been incredibly successful as a non-profit senior living organization, and that will continue even as we navigate challenging situations.

Pricey healthcare plans when it come to covering your spouse or child. High turnover. Low morale. Micromanaged and over-worked. Expected to work outside of business hours. Promised a wage increase in offer letter and leadership didn't follow through even considering a good performance. Just lover promised and underdelivered. Company cuts corners with product quality. Constantly updated and changed software creating a lot of wasted time and time just spent learning software instead of doing the thing that mattered...
