The salary and bonuses are definitely great so long as you're in the job level classification that pays the best. I wouldn't consider socials a perk because not many people show up.

You won't climb the ladder here. They don't create new positions unless they can be tied directly to commercial sales development. The "relationship" culture (which never really existed... cue high school clicks) is changing as no one socializes because the new hires don't know how to get off their phones or show up to work.
