      Great to work with families to help the bereaved, staff at the individual crematoriums are really kind and warm and are the best of the business.

      A hopelessly inadequate Head Office and senior team, no clear direction at all and the managers at sites genuinely feel that they are not listened to as the team at Head Office squabble and argue and can’t decide on a clear plan for the business, total lack of leadership quality at a senior level. Staggering that the team on the front line have the answers to almost every problem the business has but they simply are not listened to.

      Sorry to hear that your experience of working at Westerleigh wasn’t as good as it could have been and that you felt you weren’t heard. We have now introduced a couple of different methods for site based employees to provide feedback which we hope will alleviate this in future.
