      People at site really care about each other and the work you do for the families is like nothing else.

      Communication it's biggest flaw. Big wigs don't Communicate at all when it matters most. Treated like rubbish from higher management. Pressured sales in memorials. No work life balance. Expected to work all hours for basic pay.
