3yWe’re very encouraged to hear you had a great experience at Westside as an introduction to the workforce, and specifically the field of healthcare. We’re very proud of the opportunities we provide to employees committed to ABA, particularly those starting their careers in entry-level and training roles.
As in any field, there can be day-to-day challenges, particularly for those entering the workforce for the first time or joining a new field. Navigating a new role can take time and dedication, and requires curiosity, an open mind, and commitment to the field of ABA. Westside’s experience and expertise in growing our devoted, dedicated, well-trained staff is a primary focus for our team. Our successful team members thrive with the hands-on, direct support from peers, supervisors, and management.
And as always, these efforts to support and grow the expertise of our team members is in support of our primary mission – creating a positive difference for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental delays by providing ongoing, evidence-based ABA therapy centered on each child’s individual needs. Our commitment is to establish a cooperative partnership with the families and caregivers of the children in our care through communication, trust, and respect.
