The current business that makes the money claims the direction conch. The CIO position has been diluted to figurehead by committee position at the director level. Keep the Lights On: This company used to be known for its innovation. Technology was what set it apart from the competition. The survival mentality has brought up a generation of leadership that will not invest in people or technology. They count on the last remaining remnants of their glory days: The loyalty of their employees. Arrogance: They offer an IT salary and compensation that is equal to other Timber companies and yet they are only 20 miles away from the top IT companies in the world.
