      You can make your own schedule and work on your own terms. That provides good work life balance. It is nice to be part of new and upcoming companies and helping them grow. Some of the pay is competitive which is good if you are getting consults.

      Communication between the Wheel corporate team and the contracted providers is sparse at best. If you don't feel comfortable with your own decision making skills this is not the place to work. Support is non existent for the providers. You are not guaranteed work. The more licenses you have the better chance for work, but there are ebbs and flows where you may not get many patients when you are scheduled to work. You can not rely on this job to be full time work due to there being no guarantee for work. It's hard to be scheduled and expected to be available at a moments notice if you go hours without a consult. Some of the pay is extremely low for the work they want from you.

      No major downsides identified so far. As with many startup environments, the pace can be demanding, and employees are expected to take an active role in managing their work-life balance and schedules.
