Good money when you can get the hours. Before covid in the busy season you'll get more hours than you can handle
Svantaggi
They pick favorites. You get told what to do by college age kids pretending to be managers. Can't get a solid idea of when you will work since the schedule changes sometimes two hours before an event. It used to be a fun place to work, after covid and "restructuring" it is a nightmare. Front office makes requests or promises that can't truly be carried out by the people working day of. I have seen several injured on the job and ignored by everyone in charge. You will be promised a chance to advance, and a pay raise, you will not receive either.
High turn over, managers cant handle stress, staff fight a lot, HR doesn't care, company unorganized/constantly changing/chaos, always super understaffed, server tips regularly "disappear."
