Clear direction on what they are trying to accomplish.

Was brought on to do sales and was told I would be given plenty of time to get adjusted and into their sales process but was put on a PIP (performance improvement plan) after being there for only 6 weeks. Would not suggest selling here unless you are bringing a book of business with you.

They have a solid carrier rep named Luke.

They don’t stay true to their word, even when you were upfront with them in the initial conversations as to the sales cycle for the customers they were looking to acquire. I’m pretty sure they are running an agent scam posing as a legitimate brokerage operation.
