Allows “entry level” associates to constitute a mid or senior personnel without the COMPENSATION! Continuous acquisition buying without proper planning and resulting in MASSIVE LOSS of workforce. Permits “SPECIFIC” roles to remote work while others are REQUIRED to be present at the Norcross headquarters on a weekly basis, completing the same duties that can be accomplished remotely!! Promotes “Work Your Way Guide” but is not applied within the Norcross office and allows “bully executives” to control the facilities of the office such as, booking offices. PLEASE remember that if you are employed in the Human Resources department; ensure to consult with your leader before resigning as you will face retaliation in the form of PREMATURE DISMISSAL! This organization is riddled with favoritism and nepotism to the HIGHEST DEGREE!!
