Wear many different hats. Younger professionals are exposed to higher-level duties. Those who claim to offer "balanced" perspectives are only able to do so because they benefited from management's blatant favouritism. Compensation is good- but only if you last for long enough and many people do not.

No scope for any mistakes. Mistakes are only met with harsh reprimands and no real constructive feedback, just condescension. Management (founders) spoke behind employees' backs using very inappropriate language. They frequently and explicitly scrutinized coworkers' appearances, and personalities and probed into unnecessary details about their personal lives including openly speculating whether anyone had disabilities. Management tries to make you feel guilty for taking leave even on major public holidays. There is absolutely zero work/life balance at this firm and the managers will make sure of that. Very hierarchical management. They impose their views on employees and if anybody presents a different view then they will intimidate your or shoot your ideas down openly. No HR department so there are zero checks and balances to report any supervisor misconduct or breach of rights.

I felt compelled to write my own review just to respond to a reviewer who conveniently labelled all negative reviewers as "haters". Those speaking out do not belong to a "small group of disgruntled employees", they are the silent majority. I worked there for more than a year and left of my own volition so I was not fired. When I was there roughly 80% of my coworkers hated working there even though they were successful at their jobs. None of them works there anymore and since we left we have all spoken out privately against the abusiveness with which employees were treated there. It is mighty cheap and convenient for somebody to gaslight others' truly traumatic experiences at this firm. It is completely to fair to write about one's own positive experiences. As I said perhaps 20% of my coworkers who were doing well seemed to be happy working there. Stick to talking about your own experiences instead of commenting on others for that is none of your business. The reviews here that speak up against WRA's toxic work culture are completely fair and valid, and another person's positive experiences do not invalidate that. Not to say that every positive review has been planted by the company, I am sure many are valid. But knowing them, I definitely would not put it past them. Feel free to look through the positive reviews that speak about personal experiences, but please beware that some of these reviews could be planted by WRA to combat the other well-deserved negative reviews. Especially beware of reviews that were created just to "debunk" honest negative reviews. If you are still unsure who to believe reach out to former employees via LinkedIn and ask them. If it were up to me I would tell you to run for the hills before taking up this job. Also: Yes, maybe the company does well but it is absolutely insensitive, ridiculous and inappropriate to suggest that the people speaking out against WRA's treatment of employees are "lazy" or may have been fired. Many firms are results driven not just WRA. But being results driven is a messed up justification for poorly treating employees. When there are many other results-driven firms that treat their employees with respect why should anyone choose WRA? Once again. Some positive experiences do not invalidate others' negative experiences.
