Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience working here. The work-life balance is excellent. The company being an ESOP shows in the culture. People are generally pretty invested in the work and in each other. Coworkers are supportive, easy to work with, and willing to help out when needed. The benefits are solid and competitive. There also seems to be room to grow and take on more responsibility if that’s something you’re interested in.

Don’t really have any major negatives to call out. It’s been a consistently positive experience overall.

There are no pros at this company

This has been the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of working for. Particularly that health and safety are completely thrown aside. The mindset is get the job done no matter what.
