good medical benefits. Mon-Fri schedule. entry level transportation/disposal industry position requiring no prior exp in field

always having to work sat when there's a holiday. only 5 vacation days per year, poor PTO policy, appears family oriented/collaborative however, the supervisors say they will help you but they will just ask you why you made this or that mistake all the time and ask you why you can't complete the 200 DNPS all for 1 day on top of all the spreadsheet and routes you babysit. there is no help, they'll just put you on a retraining that feels like a PIP!
