This company hires individuals heavily by their personality, that being said, the culture is very healthy and your peers/managers are always at your back to make sure you're as successful as possible. Additionally, you work hard and are rewarded - given how small of a company it still is, you are well taken care of. Fantastic benefits and fun team-building activities once a year.

Could use more structure, but they are still growing.

I had the pleasure of working with nice people.

Unfortunately, management is poor and reactive.
