Management are helpful and supportive. They understand the issues that you can face in this position and help you to overcome those issues.

Small company so sometimes advancement can be limited.

The people I worked with were amazing, and the work ethic and caliber were top-notch. I would recommend their services (and have) to anyone.

Below industry-standard pay, remote work can be isolating (with little time for socializing/water cooler-type talk), constant focus on money and growth. I was literally "ghosted" after turning in my notice, and there was no off-boarding plan. I lost access to necessary information for my career growth. Former coworkers were encouraged to avoid conversation to prevent sharing of trade secrets.
