Even though it is a newly found IT firm, it has work culture no different then Google or any other big shot company you name. They work hard to be on the top and once reach their they party even harder. In my entire career this has been the only company that celebrates their employees. Do not hesitate to join, it is one of the best and fastest growing companies i have ever worked for.
