The leadership is great and the CEO really cares about his employees. Awesome company culture. You are never expected to work overtime or work late. Small company so you really get to know your coworkers. Quarterly meetings give a real insight into the company. Weekly meetings with the team are an awesome way of seeing what cool things everyone is working on and they are a great way of getting help if you are stuck on something. They are also a good way of getting some recognition on things you have accomplished. Pretty cool office with a great view of the lake.

There could be more PTO. I personally am not a fan of open offices.

Incredible company to work for!! The amount of time and resources dedicated to each person’s development, both personally and professionally is phenomenal. The company is never short on things to do. I grow and learn daily and am challenged to be better than I was the day before. You won't encounter a more passionate leaders in any other company around. Health, Dental and IRA benefits provided.

The company should consider upgrading the holiday policies.
