The benefits the company offers are great. They really do care about their staff. The marketing team works together, and works hard. Everyone is generally happy to be here.

We have noise from the other floor which can be distracting.

It's a fast-paced environment and you're working with many different teams at once. It's not a mom and pop shop so if you can't handle a fast thinking and fast paced environment; consider it challenging, you may want to consider another profession.
