This place will teach you a lot. You'll get exposed to many kinds of projects and clients with different levels of tech stack and challenges. It's a great place to start in Cloud technology, but it is unclear how much you'll get exposed to industry DevOps tools in CI/CD, infrastructure, containers, etc. It looks like it's more focused on Cloud-Ops (GCP UI), but I could also be wrong since I didn't get to work there for too long. You must pass several GCP (and some AWS) certifications to meet some expected standards. That is great if you're only starting in your DevOps function. The people in the office are nothing but friendly and welcoming. Most of them are keen to help. Some are too busy, so you'll have to do a lot of self-studying. In general, it's a friendly atmosphere and flexible workplace. It's a small company, which I think is great to get that "start-up" vibe of a small family-like workplace.

If you are a junior, then one of the pit stops in your learning path is doing some tech-support work. You do get to learn a lot. However, it adds to your workload of completing certifications. You might find yourself dealing with more cloud configurations instead of DevOps-oriented issues (such as infrastructure, networking and architecture). Communication in management is somewhat lacking. You must count on your colleagues to assist with answers or be a "door kicker" if you need responses to your queries from management. The CEO wasn't very pleasant in my own experience, which, in the end, led me to part ways with the company.
