Opportunity to get an experience in production, many operating plants in Belgium, growth of the network.

Svantaggi

No support from the managers. No feedback about the performance. Poor communication and no clear department goals. Poor trust. Very inefficient HR department. Low investment in building of the team spirit and no interest in motivating the employees. Slow and low salary raise. Very high employees turnover (because of both firing and resigning). To avoid!
