      It's a small company but both staff & management are both talented & dedicated. It has innovative ways of thinking, particularly in regards to digital marketing. There's also great work-life balance, where people are expected to be responsible for their roles, and can work from home or out of the office as necessary.

      Opportunities for advancement in management can be limited in a small company, however, unlike a large company, the impact each person makes is clearly visible.

      The small team doesn't work for everyone, and with it, the fact that there is often little time to 'manage' people. Everyone is given a lot of responsibility at WikiJob which suits some personalities no end, whereas some personality types may feel frustrated by this. If you are the kind of person who likes to jump in, do a million things at once and likes to learn by making mistakes then you'll love it here though!
