The most toxic, racist, close-minded staff you can possibly imagine. I don't even want start talking about talent, I mean, complete lamers of the industry. Just take a look at their products (including completely failed ones), it's kind of self-explanatory. There were bunch of promising people joining the team while I worked there but they would quit shortly after realizing what they signed for and what kind of company it is.
