The vision of Wildcard is very cool for a now consumer facing app. The division of the teams works very well - efficient small meetings are organized to update progress. The office is a great space to work in, quiet mostly but comfortable for a quick discussion. Highly skilled and motivated co-workers, and great rapport among them. People share ideas profusely.

I'm having a very good experience but I know that after the shifting of goals, a couple of people feel that they can no longer feel motivated by the current path and left - this is cool as I feel everyone here takes their work very seriously and have impact and value creation as premises of a job
