I worked at this company for 7 years and never expected to be treated this way. Management moved my entire team to a third-party vendor without any prior communication, consultation, or respect for the people who built this business. We were later told the entity was sold, as if we were just numbers on a spreadsheet. This is one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences I’ve had in my career. After years of commitment, the company handled a major decision with complete lack of transparency and empathy. If you value stability, honesty, and employee respect, think twice before joining. 1.
