A controlling bully runs the place. He does'nt trust you to do the job. Did'nt know how to do anything despite my experience till I came here. No sick pay, no pension, no shift pay rate, no notice of shift change. No communication from management. Your one page "contract" is'nt worth the paper its printed on. Avoid this cowboy company.
