Pay is much lower than the industry standard for business professionals. Office culture is very "good-old boy" and geared towards engineers. If you're not an engineer, then you're not as important. Williams is either severely overstaffed or understaffed. In departments with a deficit in employees, employees will be stuck working from 730 am- 9pm at night. In departments where no one is ever let go, there may be upwards of 3 employees sitting at their desks all day doing absolutely nothing.
