Safety is just a label, commercial interests always supersede. Very limited career growth , individual growth is only for hand-selected male engineers. They fully expect 60-70h work weeks and ignore workforce feedback. Therefore, exploding turnover in professional roles and SMEs, nobody knows anything. D&I efforts feel forced and awkward, EOT is all white male, except HR.
