- PREVIOUS team was excellent and seniors are patient and would like to train Juniors - PREVIOUS team was nice and it was really a team

- SLT does not respect to employees and they only want to hear what they would like to hear. - No effective communication at all with SLT. - So many managers and PMs in the company and no production guy. - SLT does not want to spend money and time on training Juniors nowadays. - Timecard causes a tons of trouble and I do not understand why they make the simple thing so complicated. - Company's politics make everyone tired and exhausted and no one can concentrate on their work. - Compensation is really low compare to the other company in the industry. - Company's hourly rate charge to client is really high compare to other company, however, their fee is super low. This cause all the project budget run out so quickly. And employee have to spend their own time to finish the work. The quality of the work is terrible. Until recently, it's barely for the company to get new projects.

We use the latest market data to provide competitive compensation and benefits in our industry. Thank you for your feedback on pricing, we strive to ensure our projects are priced accurately to allow budget for hours needed by our employees to complete the work. The company does not condone employees working on their own time and has a very comprehensive overtime policy. Internal communications have been shared that all hours must be accounted for.
