      The training when you first start here is very thorough, making you feel very comfortable when you begin working your own pipeline. Willow allows you to set your income, based on goals discussed with your manager. The support you receive from management and team mates is incredible, everyone here wants you to succeed. You have the ability to interview with Loan Officers prior to taking loans, to ensure the best relationship can be built, rather than round robin like most processing companies.

      The only thing I wish we would be offered is a retirement plan and possibly more PTO hours accrued. Or maybe up front PTO for the year rather than accrued per pay.

      Honestly, very few. Like any fast-growing company, things can move quickly, but leadership is receptive to feedback and continuously improving.
