The position of Sales Rep can take a lot of your time. You need to find and keep a balance but you are tending to businesses that are open from 7am till 2am so just be aware of that.

Employees are often expected to correct recurring organizational or administrative issues. Despite emphasis on “team culture,” there is a noticeable lack of genuine teamwork and collaboration. Workload may increase without corresponding compensation, with accountability sometimes shifted elsewhere. Concerns about trust and confidentiality when communicating with union representatives. Instances of unprofessional communication from management regarding employees. Overall work environment can feel negative and, at times, toxic. The CEO and President act as if they are involved in there business but dont go anywhere near the people on the road and in the warehouse doing the manual labor.
