The company is obsessed with how much profit it can make for its owners to the detriment of everyone at the company. The company hit significant profits every month of 2022 and despite that, the company did not give out year-end bonuses, put hiring freezes on all departments, delayed annual pay raises, and had multiple rounds of layoffs to "maintain company health". After all of this, they had the audacity to spend millions of dollars to acquire a new company and brag to the entire company about it within a few weeks of a recent round of layoffs.
