Nepotism reigns supreme! Progression depends on who you know and who your friends with in the company regardless of experience or qualifications. There is a lack diversity at senior level, the pre requisite appears to to be causasions only! Severe lack of support or general duty of care to employees from management to staff. Toxic blame culture enhanced by poor management at all levels. No accountability for failures due to mismanagement and a severe lack or resource both in manpower and equipment. Some managers are great but the few outweigh the many and poor performance by middle management is rewarded so all become the same in the end. Staff at entry level positions are often bullied and scapegoated. When opportunities arise for them to speak up against issues, false promises are made and nothing gets done. A constant revolving door of staff.
