Very organized and made the placement process extremely efficient and accessible to bring me up to speed in a contract position with a large client

Can’t think of any, had a great experience overall

This is my first time working with an agency, and I have loved the experience so far. Everyone I've interacted with at WinCorp Solutions has been so kind, courteous and helpful. They treat me like an integral and valued part of the company, and I really get the impression that they care about my career and my success. I have talked with other consultants that work for other agencies and none of them seem to have the benefits and support that I have at WinCorp Solutions. It seems that not all agencies treat their consultants as valued and important members of their team, but WinCorp makes me feel like I'm a priority for them. Whenever I need support or have questions, they are just a phone call or email away. They offer very competitive benefits providing health care, free parking in downtown LA, paid sick leave, and after a certain amount of time worked I will get PTO benefits as well. I've had nothing but a great experience with WinCorp Solutions and I can't recommend them enough.

In all honesty, I don't have any cons with this company/position. I'm so grateful to the company for everything.
