Unfortunately in 2020 that dissipated when we were no longer working at the office - Opportunities for growth at first...they will tease you with it slightly to boost your morale for another year or so

- Leadership has no idea what they are doing and it shows - After a small amount of time there will not be further opportunities for growth....they might dangle something in your face but it will not come to fruition. - Rarely treated with dignity or respect - The expertise that I was hired for, was vastly underutilized and underappreciated. - Salary was very low compared to industry average and there was no negotiating with a raise. IF you got one at all. - Performative Activism was majorly cringeworthy this year. - Gaslighting is common amongst upper management to managers and below.
