I've been in differents contracts and in differents sites, I always found : Bad management Bad working environment often unsafe 2 redundancies in 1 year Company is next to be sold They give you responsability on words, you keep up the job for them managers and at the end they will not even tells you thank you and you will find yourself staring again from start as positions. You'll see your salary decreasing and you're shift patterns changing each contract you'll have to change. This because most of contracts in wincanton are lasting less than 3 years everytime. And usually they will put you in redundancy anytime with choice of contracts often less paid and we'll know for bad working conditions. Only who doesn't work for real and keep up the time mining other collegues career and managers with falses accusations will reach to have a career in there. The more you accuse people of things and manace court actions, the more fast you'll be a manager.
