It is easy for me to see myself working here for the long term as they do care about your growth as the company grows, they listen to your opinion and make you feel valued, and understood. Trust relationship with all my co workers and the management.

Sometimes there are communication challenges as we grow. But the management is very eager to listen to you and improve always.

I learned a lot and worked on a number of different projects. The people are really fun and easy to work with. The job and the things you do are very satisfactory. The perks are great and the salary is very competitive.

I didn't actually have any negative experiences but if you are someone who does not like to work on different projects and prefer to specialize, you might not enjoy that part.
