Clueless management in head office. Harassment and bullying culture. Regional managers who quite frankly haven't a notion, and are put in the role based on the whims of HO. The list would be too exhaustive to write down. Have a look at the other reviews and you will get a clear picture. The company don't care about the employees, majority are overworked and underpaid. Part time staff responsibility does not match their pay bracket. Senior sales staff, are in charge of the shop if a manager is on leave/sick. They have to fulfil all managerial duties, yet are paid £9.80 per hour? The company is a laughing stock in NI and I am glad the word is finally out. It is actually hilarious looking through the reviews and reading the reviews clearly planted from Winemark Head Office. "Good work life balance...?" Pfft.
