Frequent Salary hikes. My salary was hiked two times within a year of joining, which I think is rare among software companies. The new office building has a good ambiance and recreational facilities like a gym etc.

Little far from the center of the city. Approx 5KM from PVS Junction. Not many restaurants for lunch near the new office building.
